100 g Oat flour or finely ground oats
55 g Egg (approx. 1)
30 g Unsweetened apple purée (approx. 2 tbsp)
15 g Water if needed (approx. 1 tbsp)
Preparation
Preheat: Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Mix: Mix the oat flour, egg and unsweetened apple purée.
Adjust: Add a little water if needed until the mixture is easy to shape.
Shape: Shape into small biscuits and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake: Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Cool: Allow to cool completely.
